  1. Scoop fresh or canned leftover pumpkin into a clean ice cube tray. Fill to the top of each section and it should equal about 1 tablespoon of pumpkin. Of course, this will depend on the size and depth of your ice cube tray.
  2. Pop the tray into the freezer until frozen solid.
  3. Once completely solid, pop out the frozen pumpkin cubes and store them in a resealable silicon storage bag.
