These fun paper pumpkins are made with pretty patterned paper and are an easy craft project for the whole family. Get the kids involved in setting a festive table by creating a paper pumpkin centerpiece. Here’s how to do it:
Paper Pumpkin Table Runner
These paper pumpkins are the same pumpkins I used to make the Easy Paper Pumpkin Candy Gifts. You could fill each paper pumpkin with candy and let them serve as a pumpkin party favor, too!
The amount of paper pumpkins you will need depends on the size of your table. I used a table that was approximately 5 feet long and used about 50 pumpkins.
How to Make a Table Runner Centerpiece
I’ve found that the key to making a great table runner centerpiece is LAYERING.
Start with a table runner that matches the theme, color, and texture of your decor. Because I am using all paper products on this table, a paper table runner matches the theme for the entire table.
Scatter pumpkins along the length of the table and stack to add height.
Gather fall themed embellishments to sprinkle in and around your pumpkins. I find fun fall do-dads like felt leaves and wooden fall words at the Target Bullseye Spot and at my local Dollar Tree.
