Last Minute Halloween Ideas with The Vine

Ingredients for the Mummy Cheeseball
- 3 lbs. cream cheese, divided
- Artichoke Parmesan Dip & Cheeseball Mix
- Milk
- One black olive, sliced
- Crackers & Crudite for serving

Pumpkin Shaped Roasted Garlic Cheeseball
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Cream Cheese softened
- Roasted Garlic Dip & Cheeseball Mix
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used Colby-Jack, can use any kind)
- Green pepper or jalapeno top
Instructions:
- Add softened cream cheese and Roasted Garlic dip mix to the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Beat on high speed until well combined.
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and add a bit of the shredded cheese on top.
- Place the cream cheese mixture on top of the shredded cheese and form it into a ball with your hands. Add more cheese to the top and sides and press into the cream cheese mixture. Continue shaping it into a ball.
- When the cheeseball is covered with shredded cheese, wrap the entire ball in plastic wrap.
- Place one large rubber band around the cheeseball and double it. Repeat this process with 3 more rubber bands, doubled, to form the pumpkin.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Remove the rubber bands and plastic wrap.
- Place green pepper or jalapeno top on the pumpkin cheeseball for the stem. You can also use any green veggie, like green onions!
- Serve with crackers and/or crudites.
