Pumpkin Pie Whipped Coffee

Pumpkin Pie Whipped Coffee is the pumpkin-spice cousin to Dalgona coffee. You know the one. She’s the cousin who is sassy, and sweet, and just a little bit spicy so that all the relatives roll their eyes when she shows up. They let her have her time in the spotlight once a year when autumn rolls in and then they try to forget her until the following year. In reality, this delicious coffee treat should be enjoyed all year round, especially by the pumpkin obsessed.

All things pumpkin and pumpkin spice lattes are generally celebrated only in the fall months. I’m thinking we need some sort of petition to elevate the importance of pumpkin spice to new levels, where it rightfully belongs: all hail ALL THINGS PUMPKIN ALL YEAR.

Who’s with me? Start by making these Pumpkin Bars. You won’t be disappointed.

Pumpkin Pie Whipped Coffee is perfect for warm weather months. Mix the pumpkin-y spiced whipped coffee into a glass of iced milk and it’s a not-to-sweet coffee treat ideal for hot days.

How to Make Whipped Coffee

You can make this with a whisk, but I’ll warn you…it takes a lot of whipping. I definitely recommend using a hand mixer to get the job done. It’ll take 5-7 minutes with an electric mixer.

Making the whipped coffee is so easy. Just add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and whip. I know what you’re thinking. It’s such a small amount of ingredients but once you start beating it will fly everywhere. Use a medium bowl.

I prefer my iced coffees with tiny ice cubes and these trays are perfect. Tinier ice cubes mean you can fill a glass with a lot of ice and get your coffee drink (milk in this case) really icy cold.

Paper straws are pretty for pictures. And, I do recommend that you take many pictures of your PHOTOGENIC COFFEE DRINKS. But, paper straws just don’t hold up with all that ice and liquid. Use these instead. They’re stylish, and chic, and reusable-because you’re going to make this whipped coffee more than once. I promise.
